This is a classic greeting phrase. Just memorize!
My name is Takeshi. – 私の名前は、たけしです。
私の名前は、たけしです。
わたしのなまえは、たけしです。
watashi no namae wa takeshi desu
“watashi no namae” works as the subject.
“namae” means name.
It just happened to be similar in letters, but the pronunciation is completely different!
I’m Ken. – 私は、たけしです。
私は、たけしです。
わたしは、たけしです。
watashi wa takeshi desu
<Polite expression> 私は、たけしと申します。
わたしは、たけしと もうします。
watashi wa takeshi to moushimasu
This is a polite expression especially on business, but other expressions above are more common and not rude at all.
<Casual expression for men> ぼくの名前は、たけしだよ。
ぼくのなまえは、たけしだよ。
boku no namae wa takeshi dayo.
<Casual expression for women> 私の名前は、ひかるよ。
わたしのなまえは、ひかるよ。
watashi no namae wa hikaru yo.
“boku” is used by men especially children and young men.
“dayo” is used by men, while “yo” is by women.
Maybe you hear these words in Japanese anime.

<Polite> よろしくお願いします。
よろしく おねがいします。
yorsoshiku onegaisihimasu
This is a typical phrase used when people are met for the first time.
Difficult to translate. Just one of greetings to imply that “let’s work (or enjoy) together!”.
Actually it is used in various situations.
<Casual> よろしく!
よろしく。
yoroshiku
<More Polite> よろしくお願いいたします。
よろしく おねがい いたします。
yoroshiku onegai itashimasu
